Cons
1. Too much chaos in terms of resource management, managers behave like class monitors sometimes. 2. The policies are as such if an employee chooses to leave, HR will have a lot of ways to deduct whatever possible from F&F/salary in notice period. 3. If you are experienced professional, they will pressurize you to work on multiple projects at a time in order to increase their billing amount. 4. At the time of appraisal, best you can get is 4-5% and sometimes you don't even realize if an actual increment happened or no. 5. No bonus or any such achievement/performance appreciation for employees. 6. Best is not to join and put in some effort to find better opportunities if possible.
