Little to no grow opportunities. Too much bureaucracy. As of April 2024 Infinite only has 1 client. That client has waaay too much bureaucracy in their processes it's hard to get anything done. As a new employee, you will get a fair salary near market rate. Just don't plan to stay for longer. This is the second year in a row I did not get a salary increase. Low transparency: Management gaslights you saying stuff like: "Merit increase is delayed", "We're still analysing to give you a fair increase" or "Increase will be retroactive" just to tell you later it will be 0%.
