I had a positive experience working with this company, which primarily delivers software solutions for the US healthcare domain. There’s significant scope to apply your experience and experiment while you learn, making it a great environment for professional growth. Although the organization is still evolving in terms of mature processes, it remains open to adopting new practices, which encourages innovation. The management is approachable and provides constructive feedback. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
Cons
There weren't many downsides during my time. Earlier, the infrastructure could have been better, but the company addressed this by moving to a much improved and well-designed workspace during my last months there.
