      a paycheck SOMETIMES you got off on time and could enjoy your job

      Micromanagement Boss was a joke SSL was RUDE and HATEFUL Job would force you to stay late sometimes The facility's expectations were TOO MUCH and never ending. Too much of doing tasks for the client that had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with security LOW PAY!!!! STRANGE coworkers Phone calls and texts all night long asking you to come in or to ask you questions CONSTANT turnover Not enough employees Intercon will literally hire ANYBODY!!! Poor work atmosphere, etc. etc. etc.

      Quick and Easy to get hired

      No communication the point/star system is just something else I cant put into words your schedule is always getting messed with even with a set schedule be ready to always be checking your schedule constantly threw out the day every day cause they will not tell you of changes can be changed to on call from full time with out notice or even letting you know your set schedule will just disappear one day
