Pros
Worked with leaders to achieve high rate of success in our field. I feel that I brought experience, ambition, a lot of Heart, and an innate ambition to learn and grow our field.... I thought my department was doing well and my work was highly appreciated.
Cons
My position was terminated early 2020 due to COVID and no one from my entire team has contacted me. I even reached out to my leader and he ignored me altogether. I feel like a fool for believing in this team, and working so incredibly hard, without a word of notice that I had failed in my goals. It is one thing to be eliminated of the position - it is clearly another to be ignored altogether as if you did not bring success to the company!
