      Pros

      Good pay they give payed time off quick and let me keep my 3 years of pto with the last company. They gave me a rise and they feed us sometimes

      Cons

      Bad work hours almost no days off you cant bring up problems to supervisor or they just tell you to mind your own business and well let some people do what ever they want because they are buddys with the supervisor

      All of the team members here make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone jokes around and works together. They make you feel like family.

      Pros

      They provide decent paying jobs in rural North American communities.

      Cons

      High turnover in IT. The salary attracts some to hold positions long enough to move on to a longer term position with better benefits. The bonus rarely paid out, so it's a wishing well more than a perk. Senior leadership consist of no IT professionals. They are often paralyzed with indecision because they just don't know tech.
