Amazing amazing team and leadership. This is a place that cares about the community and putting the best possible product in the hands of the community members.

Cons

We wear a lot of hats and can be pushed really hard. There is a lot of growth in that but at times it can feel like we are too thin.

A lot of land so you won't run out of things to sell

Cons

You can cross sell. They can put you in a bad community so you will quit because you can't make a living. It happens all the time. They don't care about the agents only sales.
