Pros

KForce is willing to sell their employees to they engagement they are contracted out to - I was able to get purchased by KPMG as a result.

Cons

My experience working through KForce as a contractor was very frustrating. There was no PTO offered, which meant taking time off for holidays or personal reasons required an immediate pay cut. This meant working through holidays or losing income. Communication was also a major issue. My assigned manager never responded to texts or phone calls, and I often had to work through the recruiter just to get basic questions answered. During my time there were no raises or bonuses offered. Additionally, weeks after my contract ended I was contacted about a timesheet discrepancy and told I owed $731 related to hours worked, which was unexpected and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would recommend that candidates seek employment elsewhere if possible.

Pros

The client company was mostly a good role. I enjoyed the people I worked with, I enjoyed the work.

Cons

The client company decided to hire someone else because I made it clear that I would not work unpaid overtime for "comp time later". KForce neither let me know they were searching for someone else nor that they had hired another KForce contractor to take the position. I only found out when I saw the contract for the new hire. Communication with KForce was literally non-existant. I did not speak to someone in person until well after my last day. It's been two weeks and I have not received a box or label to ship my computer back. I have received my COBRA Insurance continuation letter - on 2/3/2026. The letter is dated 1/29/2026 and the enrollment period was from 1/29/2026-1/31-2026. This has been, without a doubt, the absolute most ridiculous and infuriating exit from a company I have ever had. I feel like an afterthought and have no support for moving to a new position. I lost a MONTH of preparation to change jobs and I am now searching from behind schedule. If you are offered a position through KForce I highly, HIGHLY recommend you consider all your options and be aware of what exiting the company can involve.
