Experience because you're flooded with calls with no time to take a breath between one and the next

Cons

Payment Payment Quality of the biggest two Arabic sites which contain over 400 people, each working 9 hours per day plus overtime, "is handled by one single quality coach based overseas and scores your calls based on mood and favoritism"

Pros

You can work remotely and they provide the equipment.

Cons

Bad management, no cost of living raises or performance based raises. They placed multiple people on PIPs and gave everyone low scores on performance reviews due to the company not hitting revenue goals. They used this as a reason to let people go and hire abroad. Employee moral is low and people either keep quitting or being “let go”.
