Pros
The company takes good care of employees, with decent benefits and perks. (Pay is another story.) A lot of amazing, driven colleagues.
Cons
Leadership is in bad shape. Unclear and constantly changing strategies, too many politics, and too many people creating work with not enough people to execute. Some people seem over- or under-leveled for what they contribute (again, that’s the politics). 3-day in-office requirement with no flexibility to choose days.
