A lot of managers don’t have any B2B sales experience Cannot negotiate your salary You will go through the whole interview process and they will still give you the sales role because nobody wants that job. You work Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve and they have no paid sick days and the PTO schedule is trash. Base pay is far below industry standard as well. Only one work from home day after 6 months.

Good coworkers, nice amenities, and great location.

Cons

The AR department is a mess. You’re expected to make 70+ calls a day, half the people don’t answer and the other half yell at you. It’s mentally draining and the environment is terrible. Management clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing and most don’t have real sales or management experience. Turnover is constant — someone gets fired almost every month and it is a revolving door. The bonus structure is terrible and they say it’s uncapped which is a lie. They will also say you get promoted to an account executive within a year which is another lie. The company is going downhill fast and they prey on college grads who don’t know any better. Honestly, run and find a job somewhere else.

At the same time, we take concerns about workload, management support, career development and overall team environment very seriously. Sales and recruiting roles are demanding, and they’re not for everybody. No matter what the role, we strive to support our associates and give clear, realistic paths for growth. We continuously review our structures, expectations, and leadership practices to improve our associate experience. Bonuses are uncapped, and we moved to a system in 2025 that has increased monthly bonuses to the highest average payouts in divisional history. We appreciate candid feedback like this to inform where we need to listen more closely and do better. We wish you the best in your next chapter.
