I get to sit down. For someone who cannot stand for long periods of time, that is a plus. Health benefits are pretty good considering it's a family owned company.

The pay is below average for almost every role except for management. You will get blamed for things that are not your fault, such as not knowing a process you weren't trained for. If you work in the office, don't leave any of your personal things or they will get stolen. HR will assign you HR related tasks without extra pay and you will get in trouble for not completing their tasks.
