Pros

The general culture of Nasdaq is positive and they offer great benefits. The people in general are mostly made up of smart, kind, hardworking people.

Cons

Pay is a little lower than industry standard. Bonus and stocks are great, but from what I've found it is not consistent across departments. Also, bad managers will still be allowed to thrive if they have a weak supervisor.

Pros

The company is pretty flexible when it comes to giving employees time to WFH or abroad. Nasdaq has an ambitious work culture that is results-driven, which may not be the best for everyone, but it is something I like about the company.

Cons

I wish there were a more structured path for promotion/ getting hired. As an intern, there isn't really a structured pipeline to get hired full-time. It's kinda just up to the business needs, and if your team is hiring. It was a great internship experience, but If you are an intern looking to secure a full-time offer through an internship i recommend working elsewhere.
