Free food, good culture and coworkers, weekend and shift differential. Good for a fresh graduate to get work experience especially since they are very willing to hire with no experience, but the turn over is crazy high because its not a good place to stay. Though they do have a good internal mobility, it is fairly easy to get hired in another role via the internal job listing board once you've been there for a while.

Slow advancement - only reviewed for promotions once a year and you need to already have a year of work experience in your current role, so depening on when you get hired you'll be waiting 2 years to move up from the lowest level. Poor communication from management. Seems like the company wants to avoid paying you more as much as possible and wants to get as much labor out of you as possible, and management just tells you what you want to hear when you have a complaint and then does whatever they were planning to do anyway. Constantly removing small perks to save a buck. Amount of effort put in is not correlated to the reward you get out, they have a very small number of people they are allowed to rate as exceeding performance so your actual performance doesn't matter much.
