Pros
NetApp is truly unique in the way that the company takes care of their people and embraces its core values. The sense of community and belonging is unparalleled in the industry. As a program manager, I have had the privilege of getting to welcome Early in Career hires at NetApp for several years and it is a joy to watch them flourish here. I have never felt more confident that I am where I belong and hope to stay here for years to come.
Cons
NetApp's biggest flaw is that there are not enough opportunities to join the company because people tend to stay as long as they can. Everyone wants to refer someone they know, but there are only so many positions available.
