The company prides itself as a meritocracy that encourages outside the box thinking. They encourage and promote excellence in all aspects of the job. The company encourages community service and makes it easy to participate.

Levels of management have gone through changes and no longer encourage promotions from within. There is a crony-ocracy where decisions are made due to familiarity and relationships. Other than the community service attribute, the other pros listed above have turned into lip service.
