Pros

Lots of valuable patient data to analyze. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

At Pfizer, the statistics function can sometimes feel underprioritized, with competing project deadlines creating constant urgency and limited respect for bandwidth. Following the Seagen merger, there has also been a noticeable shift toward a more aggressive, visibility-driven culture. Meetings can feel performative, with an emphasis on speaking up rather than driving substantive discussion or decision-making. Overall, this environment may be challenging for someone who is focused on producing rigorous, thoughtful statistical work

Pros

Well known company that everybody knows. You can Work remote

Cons

I have been part of a group called CIPT or ICF review team. Worst managers I have ever worked. Mostly micro managers. Again, it seems like you are working like a slave and they punish you in a modern way if you speak up. Felt that the head of Pfizer group were slave owners. Salary is not worth the headache. Dead end job because nowhere else they let you go except exit the company. No work life balance. I could not pick Zero here.
