Delivered life saving vaccine by squeezing the life out of colleagues remotely, working crazy hours, and now has no respect for wellnes focusing on return to site to the point of tracking badging into sites and threatening termination in the same conversation about massive layoffs and then hey, pfizer will be ok! Baffling. All day meetings make it difficult to get any work done even when working from home. Offensive recent behavior treating employees like children due to leadership failures. Culture has totally changed and I’ve never felt more demoralized. Leadership ambivalent to workers needs. Will take everything from you while promoting health and welllness. Claims to be a company it is not, and I don’t see it going back.
