Pros

Talented bunch of people in engineering team

Cons

The company lacks clear direction and prioritization, which leads to constant changes and a reactive work environment. There is no clear focus on engineering excellence, and the organizational priorities seem scattered. If you're looking for a place to grow your technical skills and build a meaningful career, this may not be the right fit. I would recommend carefully considering your goals before joining.

Pros

It feels great to work at a company that is genuinely disrupting a complex industry like Insuretech. The "People-first" value isn't just a slide in a deck; rather, it’s reflected in how we treat each other. You are encouraged to be a "Player, Not a Spectator" from day one, which is super awesome. There is ample room to take big risks and own your ideas. There are excellent health insurance benefits, wellness programs, and a focus on mental health that goes beyond the standard employee benefit programs

Cons

While the focus on growth is essential, there is a noticeable disparity in how different departments are prioritised. The "revenue-generating" teams often receive the lion's share of recognition and resources, while critical "post-sales" functions like Customer Success, who are responsible for long-term retention and the actual "Plum experience, can feel like an afterthought.
