Pros

Employees truly seem to value each other as people. Conversations start with "how are you" and not just as a formality. There is flexibility to working hours for appointments etc. Skill development is great.

Cons

P&G underpays for many places outside of Cincinnati - pay is location agnostic more or less. The cost of living there is notably lower than elsewhere. The benefits (retirement and health) used to make up for it but no longer due, especially for the newest of hires.
