Pros

-They match 401k -Only 1 other major competitor for core business, but that business is dying faster than you can say stamps.com. Many competitors for shipping products/services which is the only future this company has for any kind of business volume.

Cons

-The review titled "Customer Support" is pretty accurate, just apply it to the sales environment -Comp & Benefits are below average -TERRIBLE internal processes that almost guarantee customer service issues when you sell something & you will be constantly backlogged w/ customer service issues which heavily deter you from selling pro-actively. -Unless you consider chronically griping and unhappy employees a culture, there is no culture -Training is too short and extremely limited. You will be completely lost for months unless you come from the mail industry/environment. -Incompetent people in vital back-end roles that will slow/kill your deals. -Like every other bad sales group, they will sell you on the idea that they are a great company to sell for, you will make 6 figures, they have cutting edge products and technology, everyone needs what they have blah, blah, blah. All bs.

Pros

Hard to think of many pros lately. Up until recently, it always felt like the company was pushing in the right direction, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

Cons

Key leadership recently left the company. It feels like the company is headed in the wrong direction. Recent investments in technology are hurting more then they are helping, and the areas that really need investment keep getting ignored. None of the internal systems work well together and the company wide initiatives that have been years in the making keep falling short in improving things. Honestly, it just feels like a mess lately. OTHER CONS: ---------------- CAR ALLOWANCE FOR SALES: It's essential for sales to drive, and the car allowance provided is the worst I've ever seen. Less than half of any similar role at another company. The company requires high insurance coverage, and even with a perfect driving record and an average car, the allowance barely even covers the insurance premium. You will lose money with every mile you have to drive. HEALTH BENEFITS: Expensive plans, and they cover pretty much nothing. I know benefits are declining nationwide, but the plans offered by the company are worse than most other similar roles.
