      Pros

      Reap is both inspiring and Challenging, and what makes it truly special are the people. It's one of the most multi-cultural companies I've seen, where individuals are seen working together, challenging each other and achieving the next best thing.

      Pros

      Standards are high. Drama is low. Team and leadership development are priorities. Because it is a small company there are opportunities to do everything which gives the benefit of wide experience.

      Cons

      Because it is a small company, there are few opportunities to specialize and not a lot of employee mentoring resources inside the company. So you need to be comfortable developing mentoring resources outside of it.
