Unfortunately most people don't have a choice in this type of economy but if you do avoid at all costs.

You will endure the most mind numbing on boarding process that should be illegal. First of all the on-boarding is done through their app "Randstad: jobs for workers" which places a backdoor on to your cellphone giving them access to essentially your entire life including location, photos, videos, files, phone number, address, etc not only that during the i9 section you will need to enter a "friends" personal information to verify your documents collecting even more data. If this company suffers a data leak or is personally selling it then be prepared to have your identity leaked and stolen. And if you have problems with the app be prepared to talk to immigrants in a foreign country that have full access to all of your personal data.
