      Joined 3 months ago, allocated to a client project after one month, and offboarded within the next month due to “team shrinkage” without any meaningful task. This raises concerns about resource allocation and project stability. Better planning is needed to avoid putting employees’ careers at risk.

      Pros

      Job stability. If you are skilled, they will have clients with whom you can find a project where you will be a match.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Bad work environment. Compensation is much below market value. Managers are highly biased towards people who flatter them, providing them promotions and raises instead of those who work hard and deserve it but don't flatter them.
