Worst middle managers, intentionally create a toxic work environment. Micromanagers, terrible at scheduling and giving people fair hours, pick favorites, huge gossips, reward employees for talking about other employees behind their backs, culture of bullying and cliques which for a “Christian Values” company is disappointing PTO policy- They give you a set amount of days per year but once you get under 5 days they tell you that you don’t have enough days left and try to fire you. Make that make sense? You gave me X amount of days and I am allowed to take X amount of days?
