      Decent Pay for those new to managerial/ supervisor A good experience can be gained in this leadership position

      Pay could be higher, up to around £28k (Pounds) Too many responsibilities Can be forced to work if staff are unable to work to keep the site running Multiple audits need to be passed every quarter, such as Food Safety, which can be stressful

      Pros

      The graduate program first rotation was really exciting. It was fun to work for a big company.

      Cons

      The managers didn't have a lot of insight to the program so you kind of have to figure it out yourself.
