The prioritization of culture really stood out to me. After going through the interview and onboarding process, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for that level of vetting. I can honestly say I feel fully supported in my role, enjoy coming to work each day, and am able to work both meaningfully and efficiently.

No major cons. It’s very much a learn-by-doing environment, so success really comes down to being open, curious, proactive, and comfortable learning from your mistakes.

The consultants who deliver the company’s services are highly intelligent, capable, and genuinely great to work with. The day-to-day collaboration within consulting teams is a strong positive.

HR-related issues significantly impact the employee experience. - There is no clear, structured employee handbook; updates have reportedly been “in progress” for over a year. - The US office is not international-employee friendly. Several colleagues experienced passive-aggressive responses from the head of HR when attempting to transition to another office due to visa-related constraints. - Unprofessional communication has been sent to employees who submitted resignations (e.g., “We would have made a different decision about your employment had we known your intentions to leave”). - Encourages more use of telehealth for medical insurance, which appears to prioritize cost savings over employee choice and access to care.
