Pros

Livable wage based on what is around. Good manufacturing facility, a lot of machines and robots, generally good ergonomics.

Cons

Management sits in the office, because its to hot and scary on the floor, and they dont actually know how to build a tool box, or lead people. They would rather spend day their day sports betting. If they do come talk to you, its normally just to harass you about something they messed up and need someone to blame. Which is easy to do, because the entire chain of command is comfortable with lieing to each other about actual problems with production, safety and employees. If you are a women, person of color, or LGBT, I wouldn't work there. If you do, be careful, document things and try to get a union rep with you, if they take you into an office.

Pros

Almost everyone there were great to work with. Many very talented individuals in their field. I loved working with everyone from managment to the guys on the floor.

Cons

Some managment is a little outdated and prefer the old ways kepping some processes that need to be updated.

Pros

Company culture is highly dependent on your location, but as a company that was purchased by Snap-on, they do a good job making it still feel like a smaller "family" ran company, while getting the support of a larger company when it comes to investing in the property and benefits.

Cons

A lot of "corporate politics" to deal with in certain settings. Benefits are lacking for as large as the company is. (Better than smaller companies, but they could still improve).
