Pay is not market level

There are people who worked there that are very helpful and are actually genuine but that’s not everyone.

Management not the greatest, HR protects Management and NOT anyone else below that, pay is not fair and starts low, job reviews are all reflection of person giving you the review and not of how your work is done. There are people that doesn’t know what they’re doing but management keeps them and has them in their management team but the ones who actually put in the work are the ones put on the sidelines and treated poorly.
