When you make them give you a better truck, your job is easier to deal with and you don't have dispatchers calling you or have to call them every time you load and unload as some companies make you.

Dispatchers will con you into doing things that are unlawful and then throw you under the bus. They don't know what they are doing and won't have a load ready for you if you are over the road or regional.
