Thank you for your feedback. Since March 2020 when all employees went fully remote, and since we returned to a hybrid working model, we have heard through employee surveys that our employees feel better connected, so hopefully this has changed since you worked with us. We also benchmarked our salaries against the market for our industry and made some positive changes for certain positions if we well short of the market rate.
