      Pros

      Good people to work with who care about their employees and growing the business.

      Cons

      Everyone tends to take that "Other Duties as Assigned" clause to heart - which can provide a lot of diversity in the workload but also minor confusion as to ownership of tasks.

      Pros

      I like the fact that help is just a phone call away if and when you need it. The Mangers help each when needed.

      Cons

      I think that the training here could be better and the schedule needs to be scheduled according to the workload expected. I feel that the Assistant shouldn't be expected to do the same job as the Manager if they are doing more. The Leadership should be followed and delegated closely.
