      Pros

      Generally relaxed environment (attire, workspace etc)

      Cons

      Little to no room for advancement, a lot of nepotism (family owned), poorly trained managers, executives/leadership were very flaky, no investment in employees leading.

Advancement in our company depends on many factors, including but not limited to the rate at which we grow and the skill set of the individual employee. While we aren’t always able to advance a person by title, we make every effort to advance responsibilities where the employee is deserving and able.

      Pros

      I like the fact that help is just a phone call away if and when you need it. The Mangers help each when needed.

      Cons

      I think that the training here could be better and the schedule needs to be scheduled according to the workload expected. I feel that the Assistant shouldn't be expected to do the same job as the Manager if they are doing more. The Leadership should be followed and delegated closely.
