Crazy customers, sometimes management doesn’t handle important subjects on time, we are left in the dark on certain subjects that could help us improve are kpi

I like the fact that help is just a phone call away if and when you need it. The Mangers help each when needed.

I think that the training here could be better and the schedule needs to be scheduled according to the workload expected. I feel that the Assistant shouldn't be expected to do the same job as the Manager if they are doing more. The Leadership should be followed and delegated closely.
