Pros

The company culture is phenomenal! Don't get me wrong, your experience at this company is directly correlated with your direct management. It seems that company-wide, they all take the company culture very seriously. - The conversation is good, could be a bit higher - They try to do a good job of rewarding you - Every year, they give you an additional 7% bonus paid to your 401(k) on top of any other corporate bonuses that you get from your team. - they're are an industry leader so having their name on your résumé open store.

Cons

There aren't that many cons. Culture is great. The compensation is pretty decent but to name a few. - because the company is colossal, you have to go through so many layers to get certain information. - They try to promote you as often as possible, but because the company is so great, people tend to stay. Due to the lack of matriculation, you'll frequently see a promotion from analyst to senior analyst and very rarely see a promotion from senior/lead analyst to manager. - Q4 into January is an extremely busy time of year, so expect to have 60 to 70-hour workweeks.

Pros

Stryker is a great place to work that fairly pays their employees because they have very high standards for the work that is done. If you are a high achiever, you will be successful

Cons

Very high standards are excellent when you have guidance, but if the vision and purpose are lacking, it is hard to know what to execute on

Pros

Stryker has one of the best working atmospheres I have ever been a part of. They know how to hire the right people and the people mesh together easily and well. They understand innovation and are great at identifying upcoming medical technology to help them continue to grow on a positive direction every year. Unlimited growth potential within any of its divisions once you are in.

Cons

Competitive to get into and the entry level positions can be tough. Attracts a lot of people who are competitive and sales oriented which is great to a point. Also due to the quick nature of the business, many people are trained "trial by fire" style which can be stressful. Finally with the competitive nature comes a lot of people who work outside normal hours for better or for worse.
