Pros

The integrated supply division provides an easier point of entry to some industries which will not hire without industry-specific experience. The corporate officers are good. I like the CEO, Jayne Millard. She is great and very personable. Most senior management was good, with one glaring exception.

Cons

Site Managers are expected to interview and hire new employees but are restrained by HR from terminating problem employees. This slow-walk process erodes team morale and demonstrates a lack of trust in the judgment of the individuals who have the most direct contact with such problem employees. Until such situations devolve to the point of clients demanding personnel changes, leadership drags their feet.
