Pros

PTO (maxed out at 6 hours earning per check). Stock options Medical

Cons

They push their employees to burnout. You'll never stay on the job you're hired on. You will be required to support other lines of business when they are in the red. HR, is less then helpful. Leadership is full of nepotism. If you enjoy being gaslit, come work here. They don't follow their own rules. Corporate allows stakeholders to run the company. They do not care about sellers. They do not care about their employees, and are more worried about allowing AI to take jobs to save money. You'll be forced to work shifts you can't. Based on their performance shift bid policy. Performance based bonuses and shift bids are hindered by the site not working, terrible policies and a lack of employees to cover business needs. I despise it here!

Pros

• From Day 1, my manager asked where I wanted to go in the company, showing a true commitment to employee growth. • Leaders and team members are always supportive and approachable. • The culture encourages asking questions and values curiosity. • There is a strong focus on career development and learning opportunities. • The work is fun, engaging, and meaningful. • You always feel like you’re part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team

Cons

• Training could be stronger there’s a lot to learn, but not always enough time to dedicate to it. • Workload can be overwhelming, with many administrative tasks and multiple customer calls each day. • Too many meetings and documentation requirements can make time management challenging. • Pay feels a bit low considering the amount of work and responsibilities. • Advancement can be difficult due to the level-based promotion system and high internal competition for open roles.
