      Pros

      Open door policy with the senior management. It's not a typical hire and fire shop. Tries to deploy the resources in one or the other project / program. Quite an agile enterprise.

      Cons

      Little slow in adopting to the latest trends in technology.

      Pros

      Good benefit, easy training, the job was a bit confusing and frustrating. I was laid off twice because they either over hired, or they didn't have the budget.

      Cons

      You're on your own after training, since its VA there's a lot of changes.
