Horrible company to work for. I was asked and forced to put put good review about the company, so all the good reviews on the glass door are basically from the core team. You know you will start your day at 9-9:30 am ( after 9:30 office cordinator will mark your name in red color, just like in elementary school) but you have no clue what time you would go home. Lunch time is a joke, I was asked to sit at desk and eat so I can utilize my time. Project Management- Ha Ha Ha. Any one who is relative or friend for Big boss , gets this title. Turnover is very high in this company. Their motto is focus on delivery and not in Quality. You will be forced to work weekends, early morning meeting at 6 or 7 and same day late night calls from 11:30 to 1:00 am. If you are close to production, you might as well stay in the office for couple of weeks. TPM, has right to boss you, humiliate you, embarrass you since he knows the code is worse, no real experience from past, and he is a boss boy so he can get you fired. I can write a book..

Very high turnover and for a good reason... There is a lots of pressure and the culture of dealing with emergencies and band aid type solutions rather than planning ahead. At the same time there are no rewards, no promotions, no salary raises, no bonuses, no acknowledgement and no appreciation no matter how hard someone works (with very rare exceptions perhaps). Tremendous bureaucracy with lots of approvals required for every little thing.
