Pros

I have not worked for a company that not only consistently delivers innovative solutions for our clients but that truly cares about shaping the future of HR and companies across the world. If it excites you to be apart of a team that is working to leave a legacy then this is the place to be. The reasons to work here are the people, the mission and the pay off.

Cons

If you are not a fan of consistent change and the need to adapt then Paycom might not be a good fit. We will always strive for excellence which in technology means pivoting and growth for both you and those around you.

Pros

I count myself lucky to be surrounded by such a diverse mix of personalities and skills. Everyone brings something unique to the table, and that rich blend of perspectives makes our work so much more dynamic and fun. We push each other to be better. Learn from each other's experiences. As the great basketball coach Phil Jackson once said, "The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team." feel incredibly lucky to call these folks my colleagues.
