Pros

great management in the womenswear department friendly and welcoming team, easy to make friends decent training 35% discount and Trafford centre staff discount Commission

Cons

some of the older members of staff who had worked there a while were quite cliquey, felt looked down upon by them can get a bit boring if you’re on a quiet section which also means less commission
