Throughout his journey at PepsiCo, Raj, a Senior Director in the North America Supply Chain team, learned that leadership isn’t about titles. It’s about seeing people fully, understanding what they carry, and showing up with empathy. “I’m proud to help create a culture where people know their stories matter, and no one has to navigate life alone.” Together with his wife, Raj founded the Team Nikhil Foundation to honor their son’s legacy and support children with complex medical needs and their families. That same purpose shows up every day as he co‑leads enable, our Employee Resource Group, which aims to support associates with disabilities, caregivers, and allies. “So everyone at PepsiCo can thrive and reach their fullest potential,” Raj adds. Grow your career where every story matters.
