A frequent guest of the Women’s Initiative at TracFone (WIT), Executive Coach Ebony Smith recently led a virtual discussion focused on “energy management” to help our employees overcome challenges they’ll face as they advance their careers.
Expanding access to educational opportunities, we partnered with the University of Miami Herbert Business School to launch Trac-Hack, a digital data-science competition. Making use of real-world consumer data, more than 100 business school students were able to step out of the classroom and into the boardroom, gaining invaluable experience and insights in the process.
