o9 Solutions Grows Annual Recurring Revenue by 47% in 2023
During the 54th annual Davos World Economic Forum 2024 in Davos, Switzerland, o9 hosted an exclusive executive panel at the prestigious Alpen Gold Hotel. This exclusive gathering brought together a group of global executives–from across various industries such as chemicals, capital equipment, consumer products, and automotive OEMs–and government leaders to discuss the future of global supply chains, covering critical topics that included component shortages, the imperative of accelerating digital transformation, regionalization versus globalization, sustainability, and AI.
We have exciting news! We just raised $295 million in our latest series of funding from General Atlantic, Generation Investment Management, and KKR & Co. Inc.—almost tripling our valuation from $1 billion to $2.7 billion. Our partners, who are as passionate as we are about leveraging innovation to tackle the world’s most pressing problems, decided to invest due to our shared commitment to sustainability and our goal of helping global enterprises achieve #netzero emissions with our o9 Digital Brain platform.
o9 Solutions reported a more than 400% increase in year-over-year growth in annual recurring revenue resulting from new customers during Q4 of 2021. Over the past year, o9’s ARR more than tripled in 2021 compared with 2020. Additionally, in 2021 o9 tripled client expansions and nearly doubled its workforce, which now exceeds 1,600 employees.
