Telephone interview, followed by assessment centre and face to face interviews with various managers. The assessment centre was a day-long event where candidates had the opportunity to meet with junior hires currently working in the business. Food, transport and accommodation were all paid for by the firm.

It was a smooth process. The HR team was very supportive, and there was clear information provided at every stage of recruitment. I reached the final round and was one of the two candidates being considered. In the end, I did not receive the internship.
