The interview process was clearly communicated. without any unnecessary delays and in a very positive atmosphere. I had the general feeling that the company wanted to get to know me and also to present themselves to me. It was not just the typical questions but a rather regular talk about the job, my person and the company identity. All in all, I think it took about a month from application to offer. I had to decline due to a change of plan in my life and switching to another industry. Otherwise, I would have gladly accepted the offer.
