Interview
Every thing was explained about the position, we had to fill out forms and turn in any clearance` documents we had. We were able to select school district preferences. And was given the option to accept the position without any negativity.
The interview process took approximately two weeks and consisted of four stages: an initial recruiter screen, a technical phone interview, fingerprint clearance, and online video training. The recruiter was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the role, which made me feel excited about the opportunity. Overall, it was a very positive and efficient experience. I felt my time was respected every step of the way, and I learned a lot about the company's approach to their school districts.

Interview
It was an interview/orientation. However the interview part didn't happen. If you submitted all your paperwork you were hired. This was just a presentation to go over company rules and how to select jobs using the absence management system.
