Interview
It was an interview/orientation. However the interview part didn't happen. If you submitted all your paperwork you were hired. This was just a presentation to go over company rules and how to select jobs using the absence management system.
The interview process took approximately two weeks and consisted of four stages: an initial recruiter screen, a technical phone interview, fingerprint clearance, and online video training. The recruiter was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the role, which made me feel excited about the opportunity. Overall, it was a very positive and efficient experience. I felt my time was respected every step of the way, and I learned a lot about the company's approach to their school districts.
