They asked me questions about my experience and attention to detail and gave me scenarios and asked me what I would do in those situations. They were all very nice but unfortunately thought my background wasn't a great fit for the role.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
Phone interview only with some basic questions asked. Was expecting a follow up interview and instead a written offer received within 2 business days. Process was very quick and I started after standard screenings were completed.

Question 1
Questions asked were confirming the experience on my resume.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Oct 2024
Interview
This position is located in Camden, Arkansas. There wasn't a phone screen before the interview, but there were some pre-screen material to review like security clearance validation, disability accommodation, and conflict of interests. The interview itself was with the hiring manager and another quality engineer on the team over Microsoft Teams. Two other quality engineers were supposed to attend but they never showed. The hiring manager + quality engineer team member had a list of 10 questions (forgot the 10th question though) to ask, in STAR formatting. Both were professional throughout the whole experience. Was told a decision would come a week later, exactly one week later an offer was sent to me. Initially interviewed for an entry level quality engineering position, but the recruiter called me after the interview and promoted me to a level 2 position because of my previous experience.
