Normal interview Process. Met with HR recruiter then hiring manager. Terrible communication on Pacific Life's end. Reached out multiple times with no responses. Is this the same experience for everyone else?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pacific Life (Chicago, IL)
Interview
One way self recorded video interview, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager, then a 1.5 hour Zoom interview with two higher-level managers of the department. Everyone asked practical questions related to experience and knowledge. It was very straightforward overall.
After all of these interviews went well and l was told to expect a phone call regarding the final interview. Unfortunately that phone call never came, and I was completely ghosted by the company. It very disappointing and disrespectful to have come that far in the process and have my communication attempts ignored. Be weary of companies that treat applicants this way.

Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult client/situation
I applied online. I interviewed at Pacific Life in Dec 2020
Interview
HR person ghosted. Asked to upload a video first which was very abnormal. Phone calls followed by long Zoom interviews with staff members. Hiring manager seemed immature or rude so I am glad I do not get the offer from the company.
